What really stood out was his commitment — he helped me navigate nearly a year of back-and-forth with the insurance company for compete hail damages. Explained everything clearly and advocating every step of the way. That alone made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off my plate. Once everything was approved, the work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. The project included a full roof replacement, fence staining, exterior painting, and gutter replacement, and all of it was done to my complete satisfaction. The workmanship, attention to detail, and communication throughout the job were top-notch. Our experience with Chris Eusse (owner) & team at Relentless Contracting/Roofing was fantastic! From the first time I spoke with him through the completion of the job(s). They are very easy to work with and very responsive. They previously completed a roof replacement and installation for a neighbor and they spoke very highly of them, provided details of why and highly recommended. When I saw him helping another neighbor, I approached him and had a conversation. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the timeline and process. His team took care of everything (roof inspection, dealing with insurance adjuster, etc) and kept us in the loop throughout the process. The entire ordeal was extremely simple from beginning to end. (We had a roof replaced on our previous home by a different company and that experience doesn’t come close to comparing). We had the roof replaced, gutters replaced, siding replaced, fence repaired/power washed/stained, window screens replaced, and we opted to pay a little extra and have the trim color changed on the whole house since they had to repaint a decent portion due to storm damage and repairs. Scheduling was a breeze. The crews were punctual, completed work on time, were flexible (asking them to work on another part of the house when I had a meeting), polite, and left their work areas very clean. I had questions about how hot the attic gets, how hot some of the rooms in the house get, and about placement of vents, etc. He took the time to explain and physically took me in the attic to show me what he was describing. As a result, we opted to change the locations of some vents and added a few active solar vents. He solved our problems! It is evident Chris and his team really care about taking care of clients and, in the future, will be our first call in the event we need any of the services they provide.
