Feel fortunate that I had the work completed by RC Contractors. Mr. Eusse went step by step w my insurance agent and explained all the steps that would be accomplished. The work was done in a timely matter and all the workers were professional and cleaned everything up. Out homes are one of our biggest investments and DO NOT trust it with any one. RC Contracting is the best company. I had many roofing companies knocking and some wouldn’t take no and even pushy. I was afraid to get a quick job done that wasn’t right. Thank you to Mr. Eusse and his team for making me feel comfortable and getting top notch work done.
I have gone through the Insurance process now three times to replace roofs on three different properties. By far this roof was the largest, and the biggest property that I’ve owned when filing an insurance claim for storm damage. It was also the best roofing experience that I have had, hands down! We recently moved back to the DFW area, and pretty soon after we’re hit by really large hail storm. Our neighborhood was flooded with roofers, knocking on our door and making all different types of sales pitches. My older sister who has been living in the DFW area for more than 15 years had her roof replaced by a friend and local business owner that she had met in the community. She shared that his name was Chris and that he was the owner of Relentless Contracting. I called Chris out to check out the property and that’s when I knew I found someone trustworthy! Here were a few of my first thoughts after our first meeting: The process was not rushed, Chris took the time to talk to me about my concerns and the damage he saw, and most importantly we discussed the insurance process and how his team would help advocate on our behalf. His goal…a transformation of my property. Anyone who has ever done work with a contractor knows how rare it is to hear them have a passion for over exceeding expectations on a job. I am writing this review because simply, that’s what Relentless Contracting did! They transformed not just my roof, but my whole home, and it looks awesome!! Chris and his team were able to get me $ thousands of dollars more from insurance to cover everything! I cannot recommend Relentless Contracting enough!

He worked very hard on this without letting me worry about it. The roof replace is completed in high quality. He is definitely the 1st one that I will work with in future needs.

This is by far the best experience I have ever had replacing a roof. Chris did an excellent job of walking me through the project, working with the insurance company, and replacing the roof and gutters. He also found mistakes the previous contractor had made, corrected the mistakes, and worked with the insurance company to cover the extra work. Thanks to some of the upgrades he made to the ridge caps and drip molding I now have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. I HIGHLY recommend Chris and Relentless Contracting.
What can I say? I was blown away by Chris and the entire team at Relentless Contracting. We had a major hailstorm in March of 2024 that required significant repairs to the roof, gutters, downspouts, garage windows and fence. Not only did Relentless take care of every single part of the job in a trustworthy way, Chris made sure to get our roof upgraded to a Class 4, which got us a discount on our premiums, installed larger gutters and downspouts, replaced the entire garage, and got us a new gate for our fence! All for the price of our deductible. Which is totally worth every penny. Chris is a master of his craft. His attention to detail is outstanding. He knows the business inside and out, and will go to bat for you to get every repair you deserve from the insurance. The level of customer service he brings to the relationship is out of this world, which makes me a customer for life. Thanks Chris and everyone at Relentless Contracting! LFG!!!!!!!!
Relentless is not only in their name but how they do their business. From the beginning, they (Chris) met with the insurance adjuster to go over all the damage they found to get the max for the claim. The work and the workmanship was amazing and when they left it was like they were never there, spotless. But it did not stop, they kept after the insurance company to kit us supplement payment. With the roof they installed it lowered my insurance premium in half. Outstanding workmanship and customer service. Whole heartedly recommend Relentless Contacting to my neighbors and friends.
My roof was damaged due to the Texas winds and storms. Chris was extremely helpful through the entire process. He went back and fourth with the insurance so that we can get our roof upgraded with minimal costs! I appreciate all the effort and patience he had with helping my elderly parents who only speak Spanish.
With Chris and Relentless, you get a roof of the highest quality and workmanship AND so much more. The builder-grade roof on our 5 year old home was damaged by high straight-line winds. Chris' team immediately secured tarps to the damaged areas. THEN he began the arduous and seemingly endless interaction with a recalcitrant insurance company. A couple of times during the weeks-long process, I was ready to take an unreasonable settlement offer, pull cash from retirement funds, and get the roof replaced (particularly as most others in the neighborhood had their roofs quickly replaced). Ultimately, I deferred to Chris' wisdom and experience - and waited - and waited. Ultimately, our above-average style and quality roof was completed. My recommendation: Trust him to do an excellent, far-above-average job. He WILL NOT disappoint you.
I got denied twice by my insurance on covering the damages to my roof and was very frustrated. So frustrated I was about to bite bullet and pay out of pocket for a new roof. I got lucky by Relentless Contracting giving me a call, after I let them know my situation they agreed to work with me. Long story short is they talked to my insurance company on my behalf and was able to get my insurance to cover a complete replacement. They do quality work, they had it done quick and it looks great.

Our experience with Chris and Relentless was absolutely top notch. We had hail damage from one of the big storms last year and knew we were in for repairs best case, full roof replacement worst case. My husband interviewed 3 different contractors and it was an easy decision for us. Chris was authentic and built trust quickly and then maintained it through out the whole process. He made sure we were educated at each step and helped us understand dealing with insurance, etc. He was also able to push for some inclusions that we were not expecting but incredibly grateful for. Chis personalized our experience, came by the house to check on everything multiple times and was available for all our questions. Super responsive, professional and just great at what they do. This was our first time having to use a roofing company ever and specifically on our house purchased 2 years ago (built in 2016). We are new to Texas. It was very comforting to have an honest and competent contractor who was in my opinion very fair and generous on his price. And he is a nice guy on top of it all. This is the 4th home we've lived in and the 2nd one that we had to replace a full roof due to damage (1st was in Houston), and Chris & his team made it a seamless process from start to finish. Every base was covered, including informing my neighbors of the work that was pending, to communicating with my insurance company, to final finish and cleaning up, Relentless was relentless in their pursuit of perfection. There wasn't any of that hard pressure sales activity, or anyone knocking on my door all throughout the day or any of the traditional things that occur in construction. We recently had our roof replaced by Chris and his company after last year’s hail storms caused significant damage to our home. From start to finish, Chris and his team were exceptional. After needing some repairs on my home, and having to deal with the hassle of insurance companies, waiting weeks for movement from others, etc. - Relentless Contracting was a breath of fresh air. Relentless Contracting replaced the door between our house and our garage, and repaired some woodpecker damage on my chimney. The work was completed expediently and we are happy with what was done. We just love Chris and relentless contracting! I’ve had so many conversations with friends where we’ve said that if contractors could just be good at communicating, upfront, and honest, they would be so successful. We hit the jackpot with Chris because he does just that! His attention to detail is phenomenal and he wants every job to be done with excellence. He is a great communicator and worthy of trust. He went back to our insurance to get us a lot of extra money for our project so we were able to do every repair that we wanted to within our claim. He knows our kids now and cares about our family which I don’t think you could say about most contractors.
If I could give Chris and his team at Relentless Contracting 100+ stars, I would! Chris and his team worked to replace our roof after a big storm, but they didn't stop there! They were able to replace our gutters, repaint the siding on our home and re-stain our woodwork...essentially giving our whole house a huge facelift. His work is by far superior to other contractor's we've worked with...they actually uncovered several errors or negligent mistakes that were done by previous contractors and remedied those issues. He was personally on site most days in which work was taking place and made sure everything was done to his standard. He was very quick to address our concerns or answer any questions we had. He is professional and extremely passionate about his work. NOT ONCE did he ever talk down to me when I asked questions related to the work or the process (as a female, this is not usually my experience when working with contractors). His team was "Relentless" in working with our insurance company to ensure maximum coverage, keeping us in the loop the whole time. Had water damage on the wood floor in my TV room. Chris and his crew found the cause was coming from the roof which was not properly installed years ago. They explained very detail of the work to be done. After approval, they showed up on time and performed all repairs as agreed. He took videos and photos and shared with me to better understand the work done. I got the best impression of Relentless Contracting and I'd recommend them without doubt.
Relentless Contracting LLC worked wonders on my house! Chris and his team were very professional. We had to move at the last minute and the house we were moving into was in really bad condition. As you can see by the pictures the house looked bad on the outside and the inside was even worse. The walls were horrible and the floors were bad. Chris and his team with a very short notice came in and renovated the whole house. They worked so fast! We are very happy with the results! Our house looks so much better. We love it!

The experience with Relentless Contracting was amazing from start to finish. Upon initially contacting Chris (owner) to request an inspection of our roof he promptly worked with my schedule and came to my house within a few days. He walked me thru the process and ensured I was comfortable with the roof plans as well as the repairs/replacements to my gutters and windows. He handled the claims process with the insurance company so I didn't have to at all. His crew was on time, professional and did a great job. I even had some siding on the side of my house that was torn off from the recent storm and he ensured that was taken care of as well even though it wasnt part of the estimate. Overall, my roof repair with Relentless Contracting was again a fantastic experience. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs!

Just completed total storm restoration by Christopher Eusse at Relentless Contracting. Starting with assisting with our initial insurance claim and subsequent supplemental claims (almost doubling the original insurance claim) we didn't need to lift a finger throughout the project. Chris and his team replaced our roof, gutters and downspouts, refinished and stained our fence, garage door and front door as well replaced damaged screens and repainted any trim area needed. I think relentless is an understatement on how motivated Chris and his team were on getting this roof done for us. We were buying our first home and the seller was at a loss on what to do and the roof had to be replaced. I contacted relentless and he assured me he would take care of insurance and get this done before closing, not only did he get that knocked out he also got insurance to put new gutters on our roof! And no this was no cheap roof he did for us it’s a laminate architectural roof with impact resistant ridges, we got to pick the colors, Chris stayed in contact with me and the seller to ensure it would be done for us and not have to worry, thank you Chris so much for your help I’ll definitely be calling you if I have ANY roofing or home contracting jobs I need!
