Most homeowners go into an insurance adjuster appointment alone. They don't know what to point out, what to document, or how to push back if something gets missed. The result? Underpaid claims and roofs that don't get replaced when they should.

We don't let that happen. We showed up on-site with our homeowner - on Labor Day - and stayed through the entire adjuster appointment. That means walking the property together, making sure every area of damage is documented properly, and being the voice in the room that knows roofing inside and out.

The Allstate adjuster was professional and thorough. We worked through the inspection together, and at the end of the day the result was clear - full roof replacement approved. That's what preparation and showing up looks like in practice.

Here's the thing a lot of homeowners don't realize: your contractor can be present during the adjuster inspection. Having someone there who has done a detailed roof inspection beforehand and knows exactly what damage exists makes a real difference. It closes the gap between what a homeowner knows and what an adjuster is trained to find.

We do this because it matters. Not every contractor will spend a holiday on-site advocating for a homeowner. We will. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
