Before and After Roof Replacement Done the Right Way

When a roof reaches the end of its service life, it shows. Shingles start to break down, granules disappear, algae and moisture staining set in. What you're left with is a roofing system that just can't do its job anymore - and that puts everything underneath it at risk.

That's exactly what we were working with here. The old shingles were heavily weathered, covered in dark staining and biological growth, and had lost the structural integrity needed to protect the home. A patch job wasn't going to cut it. This one needed a full roof replacement.

Here's the thing a lot of homeowners don't fully realize - a roof replacement isn't just swapping out old shingles for new ones. It's rebuilding the entire roofing system correctly. That means proper underlayment, clean ridge lines, tight hip and ridge cap installation, and every detail executed the way it should be. When we say we hold ourselves to a standard, this is what that looks like in practice.

The finished roof speaks for itself. Clean, uniform shingle lines, sharp ridge work, and a system built to handle whatever gets thrown at it. The difference between a roof that looks new and a roof that actually performs - that's where the details matter most.

We do this work because protecting a home the right way is worth doing right. No shortcuts. No cutting corners on materials or installation. Just solid work that holds up over time.
